WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Please note that we do not keep all merchandise in stock. In Stock items will ship within 3 business days following placement of your order. Special Order items typically take 6 to 8 weeks to produce and will be handmade especially for you. It is our practice to confirm orders via email and keep you apprised of product readiness and ship dates on all Special Orders. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
CAN I CANCEL MY SPECIAL ORDER?
You may cancel your Special Order up to 10 calendar days after the order is placed. Orders cancelled thereafter and any time prior to shipment will be subject to a 25% production cancellation fee.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship via UPS standard ground delivery. All packages are shipped insured. We cannot deliver to a P.O. box. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. .
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
All International orders must be processed manually via email or phone. Please be aware that all international orders are subject to customs duties and/or taxes as determined via the international carrier.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders billed or shipped to the state of New York (8.875%). Tax will not be applied on items shipped outside of New York State.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY?
All of our products are covered by our LIMITED WARRANTY. If any product is determined within 10 calendar days to have a manufacturer’s defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
A) In Stock items: If any product is determined within 10 calendar days to have a manufacturer’s defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost. If you are unhappy with your In Stock selection, you may return it within 10 business days of the confirmed UPS receipt date. Merchandise received thereafter will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must first e-mail sales@sukarinewyork.com for a return authorization. Please note that we use natural domestic and exotic skins on our products; therefore, textures, colors and natural imperfections in the skins, such as scaring, wrinkling or scaling, may occur and are not deemed to be defects. Exchanges, returns or repairs requested for this reason will not be accepted. All exchanges/refunds are subject to our inspection and discretion. The item must be unworn, unused, and not abused in any way and must be returned in its original packaging. Upon our receipt and acceptance of the returned item, we will credit your account minus the shipping costs. We will only refund shipping charges on mis-delivered or defective merchandise. We will not issue credits for items returned without a return authorization.
B) Special Order items: As goods are made to order, all sales are final. We will not honor the exchange of goods, except for those that are mis-delivered. If any product is determined within 10 calendar days to have a manufacturer’s defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost. You must first e-mail sales@sukarinewyork.com for a return authorization. Please note that we use natural domestic and exotic skins on our products; therefore, textures, colors and natural imperfections in the skins, such as scaring, wrinkling or scaling, may occur and are not deemed to be defects. Replacements or repairs requested for this reason will not be accepted. All replacements or repairs are subject to our inspection and discretion. The item must be unworn, unused, and not abused in any way and must be returned in its original packaging.
NOTE, all return packages must be prepaid, insured for your own protection and in the original packaging. We will not accept returns that are not shipped in a box. Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise credit only. If you attempt to return an item outside of this process, your credit or exchange may be delayed or refused.
